The office condo is nestled in a quiet wooded area off Old Roswell Road and Holcomb Bridge Road. It is a tranquil retreat- like setting that is also close to the heart of downtown Roswell and only 2 miles from GA-400. We have beautiful views of a pond and wooded area. We are perfectly located on the first floor with ample parking and handicap accessibility.

400 South
Take exit 8 Mansell Road from GA 400. Turn Right off of the exit on to Mansell Road. Travel 0.7 miles and turn right on to Old Roswell Road (you will need to use the far right turn lane to stay on Old Roswell Road). From Old Roswell Road travel 0.9 miles and turn Left onto Old Roswell Lakes Parkway. Once you have entered the complex we are the second building on the right, Building 800 Suite 220.
400 North
Take exit 7B GA-140 W/ Holcomb Bridge Road (towards Roswell) you will merge on to Holcomb Bridge Road. Travel 1.6 miles to Old Roswell Road and turn Right In 0.3 miles turn Right onto Old Roswell Lakes Parkway. Once you have entered the complex we are the second building on the right, Building 800 Suite 220.
